Eszter Rupnik is a Partner at Andersen Legal in Hungary with her main areas of expertise being corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and real estate. 

Eszter has gained significant experience in providing on-site, day-to-day legal support to multinational companies. Additionally, she possesses outstanding knowledge in the areas of consumer protection, health law, as well as environmental and waste law. She actively participates in dispute resolution and litigation proceedings (including tax litigation) and regularly contributes to the provision of private client services and the establishment of trust and wealth management structures. She is a member of the Andersen Europe M&A service line.

Eszter holds a postgraduate diploma in EU Law from King’s College in London and is available to assist our clients in both English and French.
