Career

Ilona Boros is a Partner at Andersen Legal in Hungary. She deals with employment law related matters including litigation, GDPR compliance, general and executive employment contracts, employment of foreigners in Hungary, and drafting internal company policies. She is also actively involved in providing corporate legal advice in connection with company foundation and corporate transformations.

Ilona has extensive experience in providing day to day legal assistance to multinational companies. She regularly advises international and domestic firms on M&A transactions. Besides corporate and M&A, her work encompasses regular advisory and legal representation services in connection with claim collection and insolvency proceedings.

She obtained her degree in economic dispute settlements in 2023, which enabled her to also assist clients in a neutral way to resolve their disputes. She started her career at the International Department of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office in Hungary, and worked as a national representative at one of the strategic decision-making Program Committees of the European Commission. Ilona recently supported several international nonprofit organizations as a volunteer.
