Formed in January 2024 following the merger between Pedersoli Studio Legale and Gattai, Minoli, Partners, PedersoliGattai represents clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in complex and sensitive matters regarding, inter alia, corporate, commercial, civil, banking, insolvency and competition disputes. Carlo Pedersoli has longstanding experience as an arbitrator and litigator with experience in corporate and banking disputes. Filippo Rossi is noted for his work on financial, corporate, civil and commercial litigation. Pedersoli, Minoli and Rossi, along with Eugenio Barcellona, lead the practice. Andrea Magliani is a noted member of the team, focusing his practice on civil, contract, bankruptcy and commercial law and Sergio Fulco specialises in commercial disputes, especially surrounding banking and bankruptcy. Stefano Ferrero is also noted for his assistance in anti-trust law. Luca Minoli left the firm in March 2024.
