PedersoliGattai has expertise in both legal and tax matters in the real estate sector, where it acts for domestic and international clients. Gianluca Gariboldi specialises in administrative law focusing on public planning, construction and public tenders, and Andrea Francesco Castelli advises on acquisitions, divestments, property deals, extraordinary transactions and lease agreements. Federica Baccigalupi assists clients with real estate investments and alternative investment funds, and is also experienced in planning law. Sergio Fienga specialises in town planning regulations and administrative procedures, and Luca Saraceni assists real estate players in M&A, asset disposals and financings. Active from January 1st 2024 as the result of a merger between partners of Gattai, Minoli, Partners and Pedersoli, PedersoliGattai’s energy team assists clients from the wind, solar, hydropower, biomass, and oil and gas sectors. The team is equipped to advise on a wide range of matters, from corporate and administrative law – including authorisation, regulatory and environmental issues – to project financing, banking and litigation. Carla Mambretti leads the team, routinely advising on corporate, M&A and project finance transactions in the energy sector, an area in which Luca Saraceni is also particularly well versed. Giovan Battista Santangelo advises on the financing, purchase and sale of all sorts of energy-related projects. In January 2024, Pedersoli Studio Legale and Gattai, Minoli, Partners merged to become PedersoliGattai, which fuses banking and financial services sector experience with private equity expertise. The practice fields several advisers, namely: highly-rated M&A practitioner Eugenio Barcellona; ‘great lawyer’ Ascanio Cibrario; private equity specialist Bruno Gattai; and transaction expert Andrea Gandini. Other key practitioners are Marcello Magro, Alessandro Marena, Antonio Pedersoli, Carlo Pedersoli and Giovanni Pedersoli, along with Gerardo Gabrielli, Luca Saraceni, Luca Rossi Provesi, Marta Sassella, Federico Bal and Damiano Battaglia.
