Active from January 1st 2024 as the result of a merger between partners of Gattai, Minoli, Partners and Pedersoli, PedersoliGattai’s energy team assists clients from the wind, solar, hydropower, biomass, and oil and gas sectors. The team is equipped to advise on a wide range of matters, from corporate and administrative law – including authorisation, regulatory and environmental issues – to project financing, banking and litigation. Carla Mambretti leads the team, routinely advising on corporate, M&A and project finance transactions in the energy sector, an area in which Luca Saraceni is also particularly well versed. Giovan Battista Santangelo advises on the financing, purchase and sale of all sorts of energy-related projects. Project finance transactions expert Nicola Gaglione and energy law specialist Sergio Fienga are also noted.
