Carlo Pedersoli has longstanding experience as an arbitrator and litigator with experience in corporate and banking disputes. Filippo Rossi is noted for his work on financial, corporate, civil and commercial litigation. Pedersoli, Minoli and Rossi, along with Eugenio Barcellona, lead the practice. Andrea Magliani is a noted member of the team, focusing his practice on civil, contract, bankruptcy and commercial law and Sergio Fulco specialises in commercial disputes, especially surrounding banking and bankruptcy.
