Christina Heiberg-Grevy has more than 20 years of practical experience in competition law from both the Danish competition authorities and the legal profession. She has specific experience in transaction-related matters, including obtaining competition approvals in and outside Denmark. She also advises Danish and international companies on anti-competitive agreements, dominant undertakings, and the design of distribution systems. Christina is an experienced advisor in the field of procurement law and provides assistance to both private tenderers and public authorities. She is a member of the board of directors of the Danish Competition Law Association (Dansk Forening for Konkurrenceret) and the Danish Procurement Law Association (Dansk Forening for Udbudsret). Christina is also an experienced litigator and has conducted a number of leading cases before various complaints boards and the Danish courts of law.
