Poul Schmith is known for acting as key counsel to the Danish state and various public bodies on state aid, competition and public procurement matters before the Danish courts and competition authorities, alongside acting for a wider private sector client list that counts private equity funds, insurance companies and players in the defence and security industries. The Copenhagen-based team is jointly led by Jacob Pinborg , Kristian Hartlev and Rass Holdgaard .
