Jacob Pinborg leads the firm’s competition work, with 24 years’ experience in this space. He advises public and private clients on matters involving competition law, State aid law, procurement law, telecommunications law and EU law, and conducts cases on these issues before the Supreme Court, the High Courts, the Maritime and Commercial Court in Danmark as well as the General Court and Court of Justice of the European Union.  He is appointed as NGA to the ICN on behalf of the Danish Competition Authority.

Poul Schmith is known for acting as key counsel to the Danish state and various public bodies on state aid, competition and public procurement matters before the Danish courts and competition authorities, alongside acting for a wider private sector client list that counts private equity funds, insurance companies and players in the defence and security industries.
