Level is delighted to announce the arrival of Sara Wax as a Partner in the firm’s growing corporate law team. Sara joins Level from Sheridans, where she was a Partner for 11 years.
Sara brings with her a wealth of experience advising on complex transactions across the sports, creative industries, technology, computer games, music, and film & TV sectors.
Sara has a particular passion for supporting founder-led businesses, guiding management teams through successive funding rounds and acquisitions to successful exits.
Sara’s appointment reflects Level’s commitment to providing specialist legal advice tailored to the needs of clients working in these sectors.
