Saga Legal advised Enerzolve Smart Technologies Private Limited, a deep tech energy startup which builds embedded hardware and firmware solutions for power utilities, on its USD 5.1 million (approximately INR 45 crore) funding round, co-led by Jungle Ventures and Kae Capital, alongwith participation from prominent angel investors.

The funding will enable Enerzolve to deepen its core intellectual property across silicon, firmware, and power electronics, expand its engineering and product teams, and establish pilot manufacturing and certification for key product lines. The funding l will also support business development efforts with power utilities, EPC contractors, private distribution companies (discoms), and energy storage developers, as the company scales its presence across India’s evolving power sector.

Enerzolve designs and manufactures smart meters, grid protection systems, power quality analysers, and grid sensors tailored specifically for Indian grid conditions, regulatory frameworks, and cost constraints. The company’s full-stack, IP-led approach positions it at the intersection of semiconductors, embedded systems, and power electronics, addressing the growing demand for grid modernisation and energy storage integration.

The transaction team at Saga Legal comprised Neeraj Vyas (Partner), Ayush Maheshwari (Senior Associate), and Mehak Chadha (Associate).

This funding round marks a significant milestone in Enerzolve’s growth journey and highlights the increasing role of deeptech innovation in strengthening India’s power infrastructure.
