Milan, 15 May 2025 – Roberto Gasparini, Partner of LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory, has been confirmed as Statutory Auditor, for the three-year period 2025 – 2027, of Merlett Tecnoplastic S.p.A., a company part of the Continental group active in the production of technical hoses in plastic materials.
Merlett Tecnoplastic S.p.A. is an Italian company based in Daverio (VA), specializing in the production of technical hoses in plastic materials for industrial, agricultural, food and civil applications. Founded in 1952, the company has grown to become a reference point in the industry, with production facilities in Italy and an established international presence. Since 2019 it has been part of the German Continental Group, within the ContiTech division, which has further strengthened its innovative capacity and global projection.
