Rezvanian International is pleased to announce that Kamyar S. Oladi has taken up the role of Partner in March 2025, focusing on international arbitration and complex commercial disputes.
Kamyar acts as counsel and arbitrator in ICC and regional institutional proceedings, with experience in construction and energy disputes, EPC/EPCF contracts, and cross-border supply arrangements.
Before this, Kamyar worked as a sole practitioner in arbitration, commercial contracts, and construction law. He later served as Senior Counsel at the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) and subsequently as Legal Manager at British American Tobacco (BAT).
He is the author of publications on international arbitration and comparative contract law, including the Iran chapter of the Law Over Borders – Comparative Guide to Arbitration (2025 Edition).
