We are pleased to announce that Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) acted as legal counsel to Btech Trade and Btech Finance (“Btech”) in connection with an EGP 1,500,000,000 securitization transaction.

This transaction represents the first issuance of Capital’s fourteenth securitization, with a total aggregate value of EGP 10,000,000,000.
