We are pleased to announce that Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) acted as the legal counsel to AD Ports Group in connection with a 50-year renewable usufruct agreement with the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (“SCZONE”) to develop and operate a 20 square-kilometer industrial and logistics park within the KEZAD East Port Said Zone.

AD Ports Group will launch the project with a 2.8 square-kilometer Phase 1, with construction expected to commence by the end of this year.

The MBH team advising on the agreement was led by Mahmoud S. Bassiouny (Regional Managing Partner and Group Head of Finance & Projects) and included Abdallah Soliman (Senior Associate) and Habiba Gamaleldin (Associate).
