Milan, April 15, 2025 – LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory, a law firm active internationally in legal and tax advisory services, has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Compliance Certification on Gender Equality from the certification body ANCIS Srl – Ante Omnia Veritas.
The certificate recognizes the management system adopted by LawaL to ensure gender equity within its work environment, in line with national and European best practices. The certification is valid for all the Firm’s operational offices: Milan, Turin and Rome.
This important milestone reflects LawaL’s structured and measurable commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable professional environment geared toward valuing diversity, particularly gender diversity, as a key element of organizational culture.
The certification was issued as part of the European Union-funded program – NextGenerationEU, supporting companies that adopt organizational models geared toward sustainability and inclusion.
