Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and original lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Horizon Home Care Group AG, a Swiss-based international provider of non-medical home care services operating under the brand Dovida, by Ardian.
