Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties on its issue of subsequent green bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties in connection with its issue of subsequent green bonds in a total amount of SEK 250 million within its existing framework of SEK 750 million. Nordea and SB1 Markets have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issue.
