Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Neqst and Netlight in connection with its entry into a SEK 400 million, EUR 150 million and CHF 10 million facilities agreement

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Neqst and Netlight Consulting AB (“Netlight”) in connection with its entry into a facilities agreement with Danske Bank as lender. The facilities agreement comprises three term loan facilities of SEK 400 million, EUR 150 million and CHF 10 million.

Neqst is an investment company focused on technology growth companies. Since 2008, Neqst has invested in and successfully developed several companies, and is today an active owner with a long-term approach, combining operational and strategic knowledge with financial expertise.

Netlight is one of Neqst’s portfolio companies and is an IT and management consultancy firm employing over 2,200 people across offices in eleven countries. Netlight offers services in areas including system development, AI, sustainability and cyber security.
