Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Ankarhagen in connection with its issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 200 million with maturity in 2029. Ankarhagen will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Ankarhagen is a Swedish real estate group focusing on on acquiring, developing and managing commercial properties, primarily in the warehouse and light industry sectors.
