Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania in connection with the signing of a building loan of SEK 975 million

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania Holding AB (publ) and its subsidiaries (“Titania”) in connection with the signing of a building credit agreement totalling SEK 975 million with Triol Bostadskreditfond AB and Triol Kreditstruktur II AB, for the purpose of financing the construction and development of a certain existing development property.

Titania is a real estate company with a focus on its own development of housing in the Stockholm region and is responsible for major urban development projects from the early stages of the detailed planning process to completed new residential areas. Titania is listed on Nasdaq First North.
