On 13 June 2025, Enity Holding AB (publ) was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the listing, the main shareholder, which is controlled by EQT VII, offered the general public in Sweden and Finland as well as Swedish and international institutional investors to acquire existing shares in Enity for a total offering price of SEK 1,672 million (including the overallotment option).
Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB are Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners and ABG Sundal Collier AB is Joint Bookrunner in connection with the listing and the offering.
