Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB’s (publ) (“Stenhus Fastigheter”) issuance of senior unsecured sustainable corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 500 million as well as a tender offer and early redemption of Stenhus Fastigheter’s existing senior unsecured green corporate bonds of series 2023/2026.
