Milan, May 22, 2025 – BSVA – Studio Legale Associato has assisted HGK S.r.l., a company belonging to the U.S.-based K1Speed Group and a leader in the karting and leisure sector, in the acquisition of CM Karting S.r.l., a company active in the construction and management of facilities and circuits for Go-Karts.
The deal allows HGK S.r.l. to further strengthen its presence in Italy, adding the Meda (MB) go-kart track to its network of facilities. HGK operates in Italy under the K1 Speed and Hollywood Kart brands, managing facilities in Erba, Milan, Udine, Naples, Catania, Turin and Rome.
BSVA assisted HGK S.r.l. in all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Alessandro Bellofiore (image).
The tax aspects of the acquisition were followed by Giorgio Alberti and Giorgio Rizzi of Ergon Commercialisti.
This acquisition represents a further step in the expansion strategy of HGK S.r.l. in the Italian karting and entertainment market, in line with the international vision of the K1Speed group.
