Singapore, 10 December 2025 — Bih Li & Lee LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Priscilla Lua as Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution.
Priscilla brings over 15 years of specialist experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation, with a strong track record of acting as lead counsel in high-value, complex disputes across Asia and beyond. Her practice covers a wide range of contentious matters, including projects and infrastructure, commodities, shareholder and company law disputes, joint venture disagreements, and employment-related litigation.
She has acted in numerous arbitrations under major institutional rules, including ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, and UNCITRAL, as well as ad-hoc proceedings. Priscilla is also a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and APAC member of the YSIAC Council, reflecting her standing in the arbitration community.
Priscilla regularly represents multinational corporations in the power and oil & gas sectors, as well as financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Her matters often involve complex cross-border dimensions, and she is recognised for her ability to provide clear, effective and commercially practical solutions in challenging disputes.
Priscilla previously practiced for six years with an elite UK magic circle firm in its Singapore and London offices. She also completed a near one-year international secondment in Hong Kong, where she was praised by the client for being “always astute and practical in her approach”. Before her time with the magic circle firm, she trained under a pre-eminent Senior Counsel at one of Singapore’s Big Four law practices.
