Bär & Karrer advises the shareholders of ensec AG on the sale to Orange Cyberdefense, the cybersecurity subsidiary of the Orange Group. Ensec AG is one of Switzerland’s leading providers of cybersecurity services, with recognised expertise in security consulting, system integration and managed security services.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of ensec AG in this transaction.
