Bär & Karrer advised Airsol S.r.l., which is part of SOL Group, a leading Italian player in the production, research and marketing of technical and medical gases and homecare services sector, on its acquisition of VitalAire Switzerland Ltd. With this transaction, SOL Group is strengthening its position in the Swiss market in the home oxygen therapy and sleep apnea treatment sectors.
