InnoEnergy recently invested EUR 3.5 million in Northvolt AB in order to enable development of Europe’s first large-scale battery production facility.
Northvolt’s factory will manufacture high-quality lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage. The factory, which will be built in the Nordic region, is estimated to attain a production capacity of 32GWh by 2024 and will create thousands of jobs.
Foyen has assisted InnoEnergy with its investment. The responsible partner at Foyen was Tomas Rudenstam.
