In connection with Force BidCo A/S (“FairWind”), Gernandt & Danielsson advises on the issuance of additional sustainability-linked bonds in an amount totalling EUR 20 million within its existing EUR 150 million bond framework. FairWind will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s list of sustainable bonds. Arctic Securities AS, Sweden Branch has acted as arranger in connection with the bond issue.
