Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in sensitive corporate matters spanning multiple areas of law and sectors of the economy, including infrastructure, unfair competition, corporate and M&A disputes, energy, insurance and reinsurance, high-risk credit recovery, and other significant business controversies.

The firm’s tax practice is also strengthened with the arrival of Sérgio Grama Lima, who joins the tax litigation team. With over 18 years of experience in tax advisory and dispute resolution, Sérgio has built his career both in law firms and within the legal departments of multinational companies. He holds degrees in Law and Accounting, is registered with the CRC/SP, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Law. “It is a pleasure to join the firm.
