DMD Advocates is advising Juno Joule Green Energy Private Limited (Juno Joule) in connection with its collaboration including execution of a Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) Engineering Services Agreement (FEED Agreement) with thyssenkrupp nucera India Private Limited (thyssenkrupp nucera India), a subsidiary of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co.
KGaA, a globally leading provider of high-efficiency electrolysis technologies. Pursuant to the FEED Agreement, thyssenkrupp nucera India aims to design an integration concept for ‘Alkaline Water Electrolysis’ into Juno Joule’s proposed 260-megawatt green hydrogen facility in India, and it is thyssenkrupp nucera India’s first Indian green hydrogen project.
Following this phase, the partners will explore next steps, including a potential Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication contract.
