CPM Partners, an international group headquartered in Switzerland, majority owned by funds advised by Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) and among the world’s leading consultancies in corporate performance management and CFO advisory, has entered into an agreement to join forces with Netherlands-headquartered AMCO Group. The combined group will continue to be backed by funds advised by DPE, an established growth partner for mid-sized companies, primarily in the DACH region. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
