DSK Legal delivered end-to-end support on a transaction, involving multiple moving parts, including a staged closing structure, advising on provisions and restrictions of Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976, advising on provisions and restrictions of Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, and coordinated documentation framework. The role involved advising on the overall transaction strategy, drafting and negotiating the definitive documents and other ancillary documents.
The transaction was successfully brought to closure through careful planning, and execution management, thereby ensuring in a seamless transfer of the property.
