Gernandt & Danielsson advises the Joint Bookrunners in connection with EQT’s sale of shares in Enity

On 11 December 2025, Butterfly HoldCo Pte. Ltd., a company indirectly controlled by the EQT VII fund, completed a SEK 664 million sale of shares in Enity Holding AB. ABG Sundal Collier AB, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the sale.
Gernandt & Danielsson advised the Joint Bookrunners with a team consisting of partners Fredrik Palm and Daniel Sveen as well as associate Olle Häglund.
