Obhan & Associates acted as legal counsel to Ace Cardiopathy Solutions Private Limited, a leading player in the cardiovascular medical solutions space, and its promoters, in connection with the sale of 60% (sixty percent) of its shareholding to Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited, a publicly listed healthcare company in India.
The cost of acquisition ranges between ₹59.30 Crore to ₹77.10 Crore for the 60% stake, subject to adjustments for net debt, normalized working capital, and achievement of certain conditions.
The acquisition is expected to accelerate Ace Cardiopathy’s growth by leveraging Entero Healthcare’s established distribution network and market reach. For Entero Healthcare, Ace Cardiopathy’s expertise in the distribution of cardiovascular health equipment would strengthen its position in the rapidly expanding healthcare and life sciences sector.
Obhan & Associates advised Ace Cardiopathy on various legal aspects of the transaction, including transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of definitive agreements and ancillary documents, as well as assistance through closing and post-closing formalities.
