Redkite Solicitors is proud to announce the appointment of Jeff Wright as its first-ever Chief Experience Officer (CXO), a strategic leadership role created to elevate the firm’s client service standards and accelerate its transformation journey. This appointment marks a significant milestone in Redkite’s ongoing evolution as a forward-thinking legal practice committed to delivering outstanding value and experience to its clients.
Jeff officially joined Redkite in July 2025, bringing with him an impressive career spanning more than 30 years in the legal sector. His professional journey began as a litigator before transitioning into law firm management, where he has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and client-focused transformation. Jeff has held senior leadership positions at several Top 100 UK law firms, where he spearheaded initiatives in business change, digital strategy, and client experience enhancement.
Commenting on his new role, Jeff shared his enthusiasm:

As Chief Experience Officer, Jeff will be responsible for shaping and executing Redkite’s client experience strategy, ensuring that every interaction reflects the firm’s dedication to excellence, empathy, and innovation. His remit will include overseeing service design, digital transformation, and cultural development across the organisation.
