March 3, 2025 – Marion Delaigue joins Racine as a partner, accompanied by two associates. Their recognised expertise in public commercial and real estate law will enable Racine to strengthen its offering in these areas.

Marion advises companies and public operators on public commercial law, public contracts, public property, urban planning and development, as well as on all litigation related to these sectors. She also advises private developers, contractors and investors as well as local authorities, companies and public bodies on the implementation of large and complex urban projects, particularly in the context of the development of the Greater Paris area and the need for decarbonisation and sustainable development.

Marion was previously a partner in the public law department of Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats..

A lawyer with Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats until 2005, Marion joined the office of the Minister of the Interior (Dominique de Villepin), whom she followed as Prime Minister to Matignon, as technical advisor in charge of parliamentary affairs from 2005 to 2007. She then joined the LVMH Group as Head of Institutional and External Affairs for the Fondation Louis Vuitton pour la Création. She returned to the Paris Bar in 2013 as a counsel at Earth Avocats and joined Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats in 2015, this time as a partner in the public commercial law department.

Committed to public life, Marion Delaigue was Deputy Mayor of the 16th arrondissement of Paris for 8 years. She was awarded the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite in 2019 by the French Minister for the Economy and Finance, Bruno Le Maire. Marion Delaigue is also a member of the Strategy Committee of Sciences Po Paris Law School, where she taught administrative law for several years..

Marion Delaigue is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Université Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne and Université Paris V. She was an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Métropole (IHEDM) in 2021. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000.

Marion joins Cabinet Racine with her two middle associates, Dina Mellahi and Arnaud Roussel, who together form a strong and experienced team.
