Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in ADDvise Group AB’s (publ) (“ADDvise”) issuance of senior unsecured corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 800 million and entry into of a new secured facilities agreement of SEK 450 million as well as a tender offer and early redemption of ADDvise’s existing bonds 2023/2026 and 2024/2027.
