Mr.
Schwartz joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2013, focusing his practice on construction and commercial litigation. He
has successfully litigated complex construction matters around the country. His experience also includes representing
clients in ADR proceedings. As an
example, Roy as lead counsel in an arbitration, procured an outstanding result
for a multi-national design firm concerning a high-profile technology project.
A
native of New Jersey, Roy clerked for New Jersey’s Appellate Division after
graduating law school.
