Career

He has extensive experience leading local and cross-border M&A transactions. He is recognized for his successful track record advising private equity funds and the most active investment companies in Colombia and Latin America, as well as leading companies in the retail, health, infrastructure and technology sectors.

Felipe worked for 15 years, from Madrid and Bogotá, in one of the leading Spanish law firms. He is a professor of commercial and financial contracts at Universidad de los Andes, as well as in the Master’s programs in Finance and the Postgraduate Studies in Commercial Law and International Business Law at the same university.
