Career

Juan Camilo is an Associate Director of the Corporate Law and M&A practice group, who has more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contractual and financial law. Juan Camilo is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Business from Vanderbilt Law School (LLM – Law and Business) and a Superior Certificate in French and Communitarian law from Paris II University – Panthéon-Assas. He currently serves as a senior lawyer for the Corporate Law and M&A practice and has been a senior associate in these areas of in other important law firms in Colombia. He was also an international adviser for the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development in the area of markets, imports and exports from Latin America and the Caribbean. Juan Camilo is law professor of Corporations at the Universidad del Rosario. He has also served as a law professor for the class of banking and securities at Universidad del Rosario and has participated in several lectures at Universidad Javeriana and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota.
