Michael Strapp handles high-stakes intellectual property litigation and licensing disputes.

Michael has over 15 years of experience litigating patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright cases before federal and state courts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin, the First, Second, Ninth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals and the International Trade Commission.

Michael represents companies in litigation, licensing, intellectual property counseling, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in state and federal courts. Michael has served as first-chair trial counsel and argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
