Career

Florencia A. Fabio graduated as a lawyer (J.D.) at the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law (UBA) and holds a degree of Specialist in Procedural Civil Law also from the University of Buenos Aires.

She focuses her practice on Civil and Commercial Litigation and advising domestic and international clients. She previously served as an Associate Attorney in Marval, O`Farrell & Mairal carrying out legal actions in Commercial Courts. She also has been involved in Labor Law Proceedings and domestic arbitrations as a Junior Lawyer. Florencia served as legal adviser of some of the most important insurance companies in Argentina, carrying out judicial claims in the Commercial Courts and in several Provinces of Argentina. She also carried out investigations on contract law, insurance and arbitrations and actively participated in the public debate on the changes to be made to the Judicial Practice of Law, with “Justicia 2020”, an institutional program of the Ministry of Justice.
