Career

Alberto is the Head of DLA Piper Argentina’s Litigation and Employment Law Department. He is an expert on labor law, litigation, bankruptcy and laboral restructurings. He has been involved in some of the most notable debt and bankruptcy proceedings taking place in Argentina. He regularly meets with practitioners, scholars and members of the judiciary who are analyzing new developments in his fields of expertise, which allows him to be up to date with all new legal developments in-court and out-of-court precedents. He pursued postgraduate courses on the matters of his expertise and participates in conferences. Alberto has extensive experience in rendering advice to local and foreign clients. He has extensive experience in labor litigation, and he has participated in several of the largest, most complex and high-profile cases in Argentina in recent years.

Alberto is experienced in non-contentious practice, advising clients on the complete range of matters, from general labor, redundancy programs, social security matters, planning and strategy to restructuring, collective bargaining and negotiations with unions and the government. and has a strong experience representing companies before the Labor Ministry.
