Bartosz’s main areas of interest focus on real estate finance transactions and corporate financings provided by syndicate banks, acting on both the lenders’ and the borrowers’ side. He has led or participated in numerous finance transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance and asset finance, as well as restructurings. His experience covers drafting and negotiating credit documentation, in particular LMA standard loan documentation, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, as well as security documents. He represents leading Polish and foreign banks and borrowers, including listed companies, private equity funds and private investors.

Dentons‘ banking and finance team is noted for handling financing transactions in Poland and across the CEE region. It has notable expertise in real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance and corporate finance, as well as bond issuances and regulatory compliance.
