Career

Jorge Pico advises on the different areas of Labour Law and Social Security matters, both in domestic and International markets.

Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a senior associate and then partner with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005-2007), senior in-house advisor to the Techint Group’s Labour Law Department, advising the group on labour law and social security matters in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Venezuela (1994-2005). He also served as an officer at the National Labour Courts (1991-1993).

Jorge E. Pico has been a member of the Argentine Chamber of Construction (Cámara Argentina de la Construcción – CAC), Committee on Legal Affairs (2004-2005). He has authored several articles appearing in specialized publications and has been recommended as one of the “Leaders in their field” (Labour & Employment-Argentina) by Chambers Latin America.
