Ana Clara Gómez Casadei has wide experience in Individual and Collective Law. She advises clients on different areas of labor and social security law with strong experience in international markets. She has a recognized track record advising clients on labor and social security matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions in different countries.
Ana Clara is a partner at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno, having joined the firm as a paralegal in 2007, while she was still finishing her law degree at the Universidad Católica Argentina. Previously, she was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2006-2007).
She is part of the multi-disciplinary team specialized in advising entrepreneurs, startups and innovating businesses, in connection with incubators, accelerators and specialized public entities. Ana Clara Gómez Casadei is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires (Postgraduate Course on Corporate Law) and at the Postgraduate School in the Economics Faculty at that same university (Course on Labor Law in the hiring of Personnel). She is the author and co-author of legal works and numerous articles in specialist publications.
