Ana Andrés is a partner at Beccar Varela, where she heads the Healthcare & Life Sciences Department.

Career

Ana joined Beccar Varela in 2003. Her main focus is the healthcare and life sciences industry, where she advises local and international clients in regulatory, corporate, and litigation matters. Ana has worked in this field for more than ten years. She also provides in-plant assessments to clients in the industry and has an active role in the Law Firm’s M&A of companies related to the industry.

She also has broad experience in corporate law and advising national and international clients across various industries on a daily basis. She has expertise in corporate legal advice related to distribution and sales representation contracts and mergers and acquisitions, among others.

Education

She has co-authored various articles and publications on the pharmaceutical industry and has participated in a range of conferences in her field.
