Partner since 1999. He is in charge of one of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions groups, and focuses primarily on buying and selling companies, as well as corporate issues, and continuous advice for national and foreign medium and large size clients in several areas, such as oil, stockbroking, energy, industry, agribusiness, hotels, and fishing and aquaculture, as well as laboratories and casinos, among others. He has participated in numerous transactions, advising foreign clients throughout the entire acquisition, development and financing process of the respective projects. He has also represented Asian companies in their investments in Chile.

Heading the practice, Gonzalo Jiménez‘s experience includes assisting local electricity-consuming companies with tender processes; Sergio Díez is a specialist in wind farm greenfield projects; and Martín Astorga is noted for the environmental aspect of energy projects.
