Career

Partner since 1985. He has been as legal counsel for foreign owned Chilean companies and participated in several company acquisitions in Chile, from publicly held companies to small privately owned businesses and asset based transactions. José Luis also provides corporate and commercial assistance to local subsidiaries of transnational entities, involved in different activities as diverse as power generation infrastructure, shipping and logistics, technology, insurance and financial services, retail, consumer products and foodstuffs manufacturers and distributors.
