Career

He graduated from the Law School of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2011.

In his daily practice in the Firm, he advises on customs matters and international trade to national and international clients in various fields, specifically the hydrocarbons sector. He also advises clients on international logistics issues, as well as in the analysis and application of special regimes (i.e., temporary imports of goods in its different variants, and imports of used goods), intervening in the resolution of customs legal issues, including advice on litigious issues.

Before joining Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, he worked at O’Farrell law firm from 2013 to 2019, where he advised on customs and exchange matters, including litigation cases before the Argentine Central Bank, the General Directorate of customs, and the National Tax Court.

He has attended various courses on customs and tax law.

He is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies and Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.
